Karuna Yoga Hub is an ambient space that was created by Indu Jayswal in 2015, where she could spread the light of yoga. The thought is to help individuals on a healthier and more peaceful path by teaching them a systematic yoga aasna that fully integrates the body, mind and soul.
She began her learning process as the inner realization of the therapeutic and healing benefits of yoga began to dawn upon her. She is now a reputed wellness expert and lifestyle instructor who has been involved with the fitness world and has gained in-depth knowledge in the field. She has been certified in
and studied under the tutelage of famous yoga gurus in her quest for yogic knowledge.
She was amongst 700 yoga teachers who were selected from all over the world by Swami Nirajananda Saraswati (Padma Bhushan), Head of Bihar School of Yoga, as part of a Yoga Symposium conducted in the month of October, 2018.
The Yoga techniques developed there are a synthesis of many approaches to personal development, based on traditional vedantic, tantric and yogic teachings in conjunction with contemporary physical and mental health sciences. Today, these techniques are taught by Bihar School of Yoga.
Bihar School of Yoga also guides yoga projects and medical research in association with prestigious hospitals, organisations and establishments. Programs made by Bihar School of Yoga are being used today in the education and prison Government sectors, in hospitals, by the Defence Services, private and public sector industries such as Indian Oil Corporation, Coal India Limited, National Thermal Power Corporation, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, the Steel Authority of India, Hindusthan Paper Corporation, Hindusthan Copper Corporation and many more.
Indu Ma'am teaching, both the Asanas and the spiritual guidance, invites you to reach beyond your perceived limits of the body and the mind. Indu Ma'am is clearly a scholar of the ancient texts, but she is no monk living in a cave ; as a Mother ,Wife and modern day working women she is eminently relatable.
